3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Each virtual try-on generation costs credits
• Credits can be purchased through the Service
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

• Upload images containing nudity, explicit content, or illegal material
• Upload images of individuals without their consent
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service

• Circumvent any usage limits or credit systems

6. Image Usage and Rights

Regarding images used with the Service:

• You retain ownership of your reference photos and generated images
• You grant us a license to process your images for providing the Service
• You represent that you have the right to use any images you upload
• You are solely responsible for the content of images you upload
• Generated images are for personal use; commercial use may require additional licensing

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothing will look in reality
• Results depend on the quality of reference photos and outfit images
• We do not guarantee specific results or accuracy of generations
• You should not rely solely on generated images for purchasing decisions

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Changeboo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated images will accurately represent how clothing will look
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

The Service is for visualization purposes only and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANGEBOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or images
• Purchasing decisions made based on generated images
• Inability to use the Service

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Uploading prohibited content
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment for purchased credits

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Changeboo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
